Overview
Rednote VPS Dashboard helps authorized users process Rednote profile videos and upload output files to the Google Drive account they connect.
Information We Collect
We collect dashboard login information, Rednote profile URLs submitted by users, job progress data, logs, generated CSV files, and OAuth tokens required to upload files to the connected Google Drive account.
Google User Data
When you connect Google Drive, we request the Google Drive file permission needed to create and manage files that this app uploads. We use this access only to create folders, upload processed videos and CSV files, create shareable links, and refresh authorization when needed.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the dashboard service, comply with law, or protect the service from abuse.
How We Store Data
Google OAuth tokens are stored on the VPS in account-specific runtime folders. Uploaded videos are removed from VPS temporary storage after successful upload. Small job metadata, logs, manifests, and CSV files may remain on the VPS for dashboard history and troubleshooting.
Data Sharing
Files uploaded to Google Drive may be made shareable by link as part of the dashboard workflow. Users are responsible for the profile URLs they submit and the content they process.
Data Deletion
You can revoke Google Drive access from your Google Account security settings. Dashboard operators can also delete job history and remove stored OAuth tokens from the VPS on request.
Security
We use HTTPS for dashboard access and store OAuth tokens with restricted file permissions. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards for this operational tool.
