Overview

Content Dashboard helps authorized users process Rednote and WeChat Channels metadata and publish selected videos on demand.

Information We Collect

We collect dashboard login information, creator sources submitted by users, job progress data, logs, and generated publishing records.

Google User Data

Source-session credentials are used only to collect authorized metadata and temporarily retrieve media selected for publishing.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the dashboard service, comply with law, or protect the service from abuse.

How We Store Data

Google OAuth tokens are stored on the VPS in account-specific runtime folders. Uploaded videos are removed from VPS temporary storage after successful upload. Small job metadata, logs, manifests, and CSV files may remain on the VPS for dashboard history and troubleshooting.

Data Sharing

Temporary media may be exposed through short-lived links for the publishing workflow. Users are responsible for the sources they submit and the content they process.

Data Deletion

Dashboard operators can delete job history and temporary media from the VPS on request.

Security

We use HTTPS for dashboard access and store OAuth tokens with restricted file permissions. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards for this operational tool.
